The best thing you can do when you are starting out or even if you are killing the healthy lifestyle, don’t fall into a rut. Try new recipes, eat lots of color fruits and veggies, don’t fall down the rabbit hole of looking for perfection. Don’t give up, some days will be bad, filled with pain, cloudy with depression and won’t feel like moving, eating well, exercising or changing out of your pajamas and that is ok, just aim for a little better everyday.
