hey everyone, hows it goin? i want to go sugar free. I've realized that i put on most of my weight when i have those splurges of sugar eating. anyone have any tips or experience with going sugar free. any sweet substitutions or things that will stop sugar cravings? thank you all. i hope you're all doing well :)
The only time I cut it out is on Whole 30 and that worked well for awhile.
@CKBlossom what kinds of meals did you eat on whole30?
I quit cold turkey. For my coffee i use some coconut oil and half ‘n half. For something sweet i eat oranges, apples, frozen cherries. I chew a gum called Spry that has xylitol. The cravings will stop the faster you get away from it. Substitute your cravings with fruit. Soon that will be sweet enough. Stopping the simple carbs also helps.
