Hi there, not sure if there is much posted on this but I am desperate to stop eating sugar and I need some accountability. I’m planning on stopping in the next few days but feel I need some support. Is anyone else quitting sugar right now too?

Hi! I sent sure if I was going to get any replies so this is encouraging :) I feel like I want to start asap but I am also only 82 days sober so not sure whether I should wait longer before I quit sugar, or am I just kidding myself and trying to use that as an excuse?
