How to be positive

Trying to be positive and relax when I feel anxious and like I might panic tomorrow . Hospital will not (been positive) cancel my appointment which they did in the last time. Had a few unexpected thing pop up this week .

Thank you . went well. so happy when I got to theatre soon to be over. , Home recovering on sofa . Back to the specialist next month for results . Hopefully that goes well. Think I have few years left yet.

Either way…
What u r trying to do is “go from Point A to Point C”,
While trying to skip point B, point B is where u should be,
Like a pendulum, stay at B, positive & negative will swing…
I.e., be neutral, try to have a clear head & do things that make u feel positive, cook, sports etc…
& if u encounter negative things, try to reduce them, say - u think abt ur past, try to have a clear head & do sth routinely with a clear head.
