How to stop mobile addiction?
the way i stopped by using it, i got rid of the devices that allow it. i have the basic phone, just call and text.

@Griz75 so, I am taking an exam prep but all the things ar in that mobile, like daily updated and files everything is delivered in a group. And once, I take up that mobile, I ultimately end up watching a webseries episode or a funny video.
I can’t stop this thing.
