I am not adhd but my ex husband is and my 2 grown sons. Still dealing with their daily issues. Can I please hear of how everyone else deals? Thanks
can anyone share?
Using a planner really helps with my time management. Additude magazine has a website and podcast and they cover seriously every topic. They have a lot of articles for the loved ones of ADHDers too.
I know learning about my diagnosis really helped because from there, I found all these new coping mechanisms that actually worked for my personality.
I just got diagnosed at 27 so I’m still trying to figure this all out.
@GraceChangesEverything wow I so wish that I could get friend to look at diagnosis that way. He is older and thinks that he has gotten this far on his own, so something must be working. SO NOT WORKING.
