i had a overstim session last night and now i'm feel the effacts neck tics my head really hurts and strangely my legs are still tingling and now i had another small overstim session again but this time i can't seem to stop shaking is this normal
I dont know what those session are. Can you describe what it is? I have heard of nerve stimulators for muscle issues but not for ADHD.
