Woohoo you are AWESOME. Keep at it- You can do it. I found Whole Earth peanut butter and rice cakes got me thro the cravings. Drink plenty of water too. Sparkling if you don't like tap. I'm doing a little happy dance. I'm so delighted with your achievement.

If you can keep this up for around 8 more days, you should be more or less into a new habit of not eating sugar, which is a hugely destructive element for our bodies.
If you are not already doing this and you need to, you can eat something else as a replacement, such as nuts and seeds, berries and perhaps carrot/celery sticks, which should do the trick with keeping any cravings at bay, if this is a problem for you.
