I need the support of people who know the power of the sugar witch - she has been putting her sweet spell on me for most of my life and I feel sicker every day. Please tell me how to take the firs step to get free - I feel powerless and I hate myself for being not able to break free sooner.
good news ... you are far from powerless. you have total control over what you put in your mouth.
that doesn't mean that breaking sugars hold is easy, but it's totally do-able. everyone here started with day 1 and i don't think there are many of us that have an unblemished record, but if you stay determined you will make the progress that you want. good luck !
