I too am struggling to stay on my weight reduction diet. I do WW, but it is getting a bit boring. The best thing about WW is it makes you realize how many calories are in a serving. I now use a tablespoon of coffee creamer which is 2 points and supplementing it with Almond milk. I believe substitutions are the answer. Instead of butter, try to use applesauce in recipes. Don't eat out too much. Stop eating so much cheese, red meat, etc. You get the idea. Not easy, but it can be done. I eat a lot of popcorn!
