I'm a sugar addict who also happens to have a gift for making, what I'm told, the most delicious sweet treats known to man...different varieties of fudge, caramels, honeycomb, tray bakes, cookies...I'm surrounded by sugar and it's so difficult to resist eating the sweet things that I make.

that's an awkward spot to be in. maybe if you think of it as if you had a gift for curing tobacco and rolling 'fine' cigars ? how about learning to transfer some of those kitchen skills into another area like roasting meats or veggies ?

@KangarooRat I make the sweet treats for friends and family. The thing is they keep encouraging me to go into business selling the things I make; they say that my treats are that good.
