I'm feeling accomplished today, I went to church in person today and I was able to stay the whole time. I've been bad with people for a long time now, so staying in a building with that many people is a real milestone for me. For those struggling today, give yourself credit for the little victories. If all you do today is put real pants on, that's a win. It's okay to need a little help even for the little things. It took me years to be okay with help, and I'm still working on it. You're doing great! Odie believes in you!
