I'm transitioning out of an IOP into teaching and the transition is so hard! I had 18-20 hours a week of therapy and now I have only once a week with my individual therapist. It is so hard! I feel like it interferes with my functioning

What is IOP? Wow, so 20 hours to 1 hour seems like a huge change really fast! Can't they add time if you need it?
