Are you okay? I had frozen shoulder a couple years ago due to intense stress, but thankfully, they don’t happen anymore.

Frozen shoulders are awful. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is any way to “cure” that quickly. Perhaps this info will suggest some courses of action. Best of luck!
