It's 330 and still awake. I wanna sleep but at same time I don't which is nothing out the ordinary for me. I know I need sleep and should sleep but I feel like I'm missing out when I'm asleep but I know I'm not because I'm just laying here watching TV and doing nothing. Just feeling alone at the moment

Do you not sleep because you function better at night or due to insomnia?

I go thru this every night myself (since childhood) can't really turn off my mind. In the past, if I really worked out or had a very long involved day -lesser problem. I am really going to have to move around a lot during the day to wear myself out.
Tried a darker red wine but it's not really my fav thing and now, I might be allergic to the tannins in it.
Melatonin helps but I think eventually your body builds up a tolerance for it.
I don't really want heavy meds to do this, what have you tried?
