Little slope downwards- its gonna be okay

Okay. I am willing to accept that I am sliding down my 6 day victory slope a little.... I didn't do well with my meal plan yesterday Or today. Actually I am slowly sliding downhill.

I tried to get more calories in tonight but only got in a little more because I am full. Making myself overly full to add more calories doesn't help matters either.

What am I going to do? I am going to try to brush it off. Start over tomorrow! :) Got to be positive. I know I have to get better. Its important. I know I am nervous for up coming tests, and I am stressed out, and I am super nervous for my upcoming appoinment, etc, etc. But life isn't just going to stop. I have to keep moving along. I hope I have the strength to do better tomorrow. Well I probably will considering I have a dinner date with my roomie to go to Chipotle tomorrow! HA! Me eating at chipotle with the million calorie burrito's! I probably need it anyway to get close to my meal plan :)

Crossing my fingers and remaining positive

You've got an awesome outlook, girlfriend! I love it! You're an inspiration--just getting up and looking at the next day as a new start.

One thing--for those times when you're just too full to eat any more, consider having some higher calorie, more condensed foods on hand (like Clif bars or ProBars), and/or try drinking your calories (milk, juice, soda, or a nutritional supplement, like Boost or Ensure).

Super good idea. I did drink a juice box because I knew that wouldn't make me fuller. I do have nutritional supplements the only issue is those make me so full so if I had them after what I ate trying to up my calories it would have made me overly full. I will remember to have that though maybe first. I think I am going to buy some clif bars too because I love those and they are good to get the calories up like on a day like today- when they simply are too low.

Thinking of you :)

I love positivity Allee!! There is ALWAYS hope for tomorrow!
I like the suggestions TrueImage made with drinking calories, and I agree sometimes those protein and nutrient supplements are quite filling.
You could also try not having anything plain...such as if you're going to have crackers, add cheese. If you're going to have an apple, have it with some peanut butter, if its raw veggies, add some dip! It's a very easy way to get some extra calories in without the bulk.

I still think you are doing fantastic though. Stress is not an easy thing to deal with, and looking at how this could potentially effect you and how it actually is just proves how strong you are. You are fighting back and that's what counts here. And just think, by next week you're going to have a lot more support to back you up with this, and a lot more suggestions :)

My thoughts are always with you

You are such an example to me of someone who looks forward not backwards. I know you can do this. You are strong and beautiful and you have a full life of happiness ahead of you.
