Struggling to cope with pain . Can’t take some pain meds. Only relief I get is when I get some sleep.

Even the doctor is unsure. Got antibiotics and pain relief to try .

When did the pain develop, could it be an autoimmune disease, menopause? I am very familiar with doctors looking at me and going you look great, your numbers are great, but not feeling that way.
I know the feeling when the specialist says you doing great and you don’t feel it . I have IBD. I am the menopause age and got fibromyalgia .
I used to love chiro adjustments, but they hurt now, but massage is still lovely and I foam roll at night. I want to get one of those needle mat that are supposed to help all the blood flow. I am following Dr. Caitlin Czezowski and the galveston diet mary claire haver, md. I have found they have some helpful info. I am trying to implement the 7 point lymphatic drainage, it is a little complicated, but I feel like I am doing it better.
Also, I try to eat more Paleo, it helps, if you want any recipes, let me know.
Gave in and went to hospital yesterday. One way to help pain is to cause pain somewhere else . Got checked and tested took the pain away but gave me pain somewhere else , waiting on an appointment. Happy to feel Near normal again.
I am so sorry you had to go to the hospital, did they have any insight?
Not really might be nerve pain might just have to live with it like my other health problems. Just hope the hospital appointment comes soon.
Have you tried medication for that, I know my husband got prescribed something for nerve pain after a surgery.
Already on pain relief for neuralgia and had codeine. Just settle on paracetamol

Udate… found my energy was not as good lately . Rang the hospital to see had the an appointment for me. Looks like it will be another couple of months at least could be longer. after that i get to see specialist at some stage. Its effecting my life,
