I am unable to read it, but it looks like quality of a man. They only mention the quality of a general population. But they left out cleanliness, laziness, and organizations that are important part. What do you think sami77 ??

@Sami77 seems pretty true. Too bad my ex lied and cheated, though lots of people consider him a good man. I guess people have trouble distinguishing and need a good sign like that posted. Haha
