My body doesn't seem to get fevers. I have had illness, even pnuemonia, but not showing up with fever in long time, many years. I wonder if an autoimmune disorder messes up the body temp. Can a hot flash appear as a fever? I keep forgetting to take my body temp when i have a hot flash but im guessing so.
Good question, I don't know if it actually raises your body temperature like a fever.
I'm a 55 year-old runner, and I SWEAR by my joint supplement. I take Nutramax's product (AVOCA) because I have a shell fish allergy, so I can't take most other products. I wouldn't still be running without it. If I skip it for more than a week or two, my knees REALLY start hurting.
And I think you're right about losing muscle strength. I have to constantly strength train my legs, or I get weaker -- even if I keep running.
I recently tried MSM and it changed my vision overnight. I was hoping to find a nonglucosimine solution. Strength training is a good idea.
