Not sure if this is what caused all this

I'm not sure if when my cat died caused me to fall back into my depression and eating disorder and why I've been having so may suicidal thoughts lately. My mom told me on Jan. 13th that my cat died. She's been taking care of her (Sassy - my cat) for the past few years. I miss her.

losing a pet is like losing a family member. it can be really painful and hard and makes sense why you may be depressed and falling back into your ED. please be sure to talk to someone to help get you back on track. and of course we are all here to support.
