Now I know where to go from here. I just figured it out. I feel dedicated. How to I maintain it, as I undoubtedly will be wavering in a couple of days? I'm tired of changing opinion all the time. I won't do it one more time. How do I hang on?

Don't think too much into it. Set small goals and work your way up. Less overwhelming that way. At least that's what I do.
