Pissed off
I shouldn't feel like **** for not answering my neices call but in reality I am because she's epileptic.

I'm even more pissed because my sister is so unreliable to get a hold of especially in emergencies with her kids .

This time I assumed my neice just wanted to leave school/I'm working. So I assumed she'd just call other people but no she was I emerg, when I messaged her instantly after the call I didn't get much other then she was in er and to call her mom.i didn't even know what to do.

Shes ok and I did get a hold of her after

In all fairness, I think you have the right to be pissed off. like you said you were working and your sister is unreliable. You are doing your best while also taking on other’s responsibilities. I strongly encourage you to be patient with yourself.
