So, I have ADHD and Anxiety. 99% of the time, my ADHD meds are enough to help with my anxiety issues. That other 1% of the time, which really only happens when my job is being particularly stupid, is where I have issues. Right now, I am in that other 1%. I am a full time college student, my job is acting like they want me to live there and almost single handedly pull the store back together (i work retail). In the three weeks I'be been back at work, I have had 3 panic attacks. I can't quit my job because I need money to pay my bills, I don't really have time to find a new job, but I am at a point where I seriously want to quit my job because I am so done. I try not to care, but I can't. I care, about everything, thats part of what makes me me. How can I get my anxiety under better control during this 1% of the time so I'm not crying every other day and feeling depressed? Antidepressents don't work, they make the ADHD worse.

Have you tried deep breathing exercises or meditation. The really does work for me and so many others on the site that deal with anxiety.
I do from time to time. deep breathing for me tends to be more focused on my breathing. Meditation is a lot harder for me to do with the ADHD, the thoughts kinda wander, and have a bad habit of wandering to really scary places when I get this stressed.

@Bookworm92 How about listening to some good music or watching a good show on tv. I like to go for a walk too it clears my head.
