struggling between feeling confident and hopeful that my health will get better and letting all of this get to me.
i was recently informed that my blood sugar levels and my carb intake were dangerously high, nearly pre-diabetic. it made me feel horrible. i feel disgusted with myself. i don't know what to do.
I think you can take things slow, one day at a time. pre-diabetic is more common than you think. maybe stay off sugar products etc. drink lots of water. no soft drinks etc. even "sugar free". eat more fruit. walk/exercise a little more. one day at a time. you can do it.
