i put this under many categories cause i think animals can help many aspects of life, and now you can take them with you to dinner:

This summer, a state law was passed giving restaurant owners the option to allow cats and dogs in outside dining areas. But with December’s weather feeling more like the North Pole than North Carolina, that’s not really an option."

i love animals, and totally think that they make people happier. i am bummed that we can’t take them out to restaurants. in europe i feel like animals are everywhere and they are more involved in people lives and you can take them to restaurants there. hopefully this will catch on.
