This is my first time on this site, and I'm just looking for some tips. Recently, I have moved in with my family in the country against my own desires due to a traumatic situation at my apartment in the city. Now, I find myself isolated and triggered to binge more than ever. Lately, it has actually been more intense with the types of foods I am eating. I have been on a vegan diet for about 6 years now; overall, I've loved it and always had so much fun making new recipes. That being said, when I get stressed out here, I've snacked on the junkie non-vegan items my family keeps in the house late at night. I'm not sure if this is because I still feel the need to be secretive and self-destruct onto myself in stressful times, or what. I guess I would just love any tips you guys have for staying away from trigger foods and resisting the urge to snack on them when no one is around but they're in the house.
Could the food be lock upped at night? Or could your family buy less 'junk food'?

@Jordan5683 sadly that wouldn’t work but I’m gonna try to distract myself a bit more!
Distractions. Are there things you can do there?
Keep busy.
Get back on track with vegan food. Walk away from temptations. Gum. Talk to someone. Talk to people here. Visit friends and family. Do you have any pets?
