Trauma Nightmares

TRIGGER WARNING

I’ve been experiencing nightmares from what my dad’s mom did to me when I was 6 whenever it rains. Which is because it happened in a bathtub. I’ve also been really triggered about things that happened when I was 13 and 15 by two different ex boyfriends of my mom. When I was 6 my dad’s mom molested me with soap in the bathtub because she found out that my mom was divorcing my dad and then she told me to say it was my mom’s brothers. So, for years I had no idea who had done it but I knew that something had happened because 6 year olds don’t just go around accusing people of sexual abuse. When I was 13 my mom’s ex boyfriend fondled my chest, she didn’t believe me. When I was 15 a different ex boyfriend of my mom’s molested me at first and then the second time he did anything was on Valentine’s Day but this was anal sodomy. I’m just so lost for words not sure what will help me at this time.

Great idea, I have gotten to go to these live, the bowls where a little overwhelming for me, but the gongs I loved.
