About an hour ago I just screamed at and treated by my neighbor exactly how my ex husband (narcissist ) used to yell at me . He had no reason to be that angry at me … I am so triggered an hour later and I still can’t stop shaking . My god it brought it all back , also making me think …. Maybe it is me ?

Why would a neighbor feel they have a right to scream at you? God that is just beyond!
i dont of any reason a neighbor would do that to another person. It sucks. Sorry you had to deal with that.
