I take the pill yet a day or two before my period is scheduled to arrive, I ALWAYS am so friggin hungry ALL THE TIME. Nothing satisfies me. Being on the pill, shouldnt my hormones be regulated and i shouldnt really experience the hormonal changes?
the pill wont prevent your body from requiring more energy throughout the period. the bleeding is treated like any normal injury so nutrition is needed to repair.
i too feel so **** hungry before and during my period, even if i just ate my stomach is still grumbling. but i do try to remember that this is simply a time when i need even more calories than usual!

And my periods are SO LIGHT its like almost useless to call it a period at all..
same here. i can be hungry 4-5 days beforehand. and my period only really last 2-3 days. but it still weakens your body and your hormones do still play around at least with the dual hormone pill.
Gosh, I just ate dinner less then 30 mins ago and im starving....I HATE THIS TIME OF THE MONTH!!

but we should be happy that it is still happening at least, otherwise a future with kids (for whoever wants to) is pretty much impossible. thanks ED once again :-(
