That's where it is hurting the most. Have alot of osteoporosis in it.
Took a Tylenol which is helping. Can't take opiods because I'm so weird they are like sugar pills to me.
Found that out when I had my spleen removed. I laid there for days in severe pain with a morphine pump. no relief at all. Tried several of the opioid pills, was like not taking anything.
All I have is Tylenol. Which is better than nothing at all.

Say no more, I've been stiff all week because of the dampness and rain. Makes me lazy cause I don't want to move but it's a must that I do, I do my best. Tylenol every 4 x day
